Zhu Shan（ Chairman）
Mr. Zhu Shan is the founder and Chairman of China Bridge Group, a leading service provider in China’s private equity and industry investment sector. Its multi-dimensional media platform, events, research, consulting, and investment advisory provides professional services to institutional investors, corporations, and local governments. Mr. Zhu previously was Chief Operating Officer of New China Financial Media (NCFM), where he successfully led the company to list on NASDAQ and was responsible for M&A and daily operations. Before NCFM, Mr. Zhu was the Managing Director of FTSE China Index, successfully making the company the leading China stock index provider with the creation of first-ever index investment products such as A50 ETF and A50 Index Futures Contract. Mr. Zhu holds a Bachelor in Arts (BA) from Luoyang Foreign Studies College, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Kennedy School of Harvard University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Guanghua Management School of Peking University.
Han Xiyu（President）
Ms. Han Xiyu is responsible for the Company’s human resources, administration, marketing, and business development. Before joining China Bridge, Ms. Han was the distribution director (mainland China) of Taiwan’s FTV. Before that, Ms. Han was program director of New China Financial Media，and was in charge of The Economic Observer ‘s operation. She also worked at Chengtian Entertainment and Jiuzhou Audio and Video Publishing Corporation. Ms. Han Xiyu graduated from Nanjing Public Administration College and was once a member of the Political Consultative Commission of Haidian District of Beijing and Deputy Secretary-General of Youth Federation of Haidian District.
Liu Yang（Managing Partner）
Mr. Liu has more than 20 years of experience in investment and capital market with the expertise in M&A, cross-border transaction, IPO, fund related case, bond
issuance, reorganization, liquidation, index, etc. Previously he was PRC partner of Clyde &
Co, and PRC chief legal counsel of AEI Energy Group and of Xinhua
Finance/Xinhua Media Group.
Mr. Liu obtained his master degree in Sheffield University.
Kou Jianping（Chief Editor）
Mr. Kou Jianping is responsible for the group’s chief editor of the Bridge Finance. Mr. Kou has over 10 years of experience in China ‘s media industry. He once was Chief Editor of New Insight and Chief Editor of Management Science Digest. Before joining China Bridge, Mr. Kou was Deputy Chief Editor of China Weekly. Mr. Kou graduated from Northwest Science and Technology University.
Yi Ke（Director of Research Department）
Mr. Yike is responsible for the group’s research and consulting business. Mr. Yike has over six years of experience in FOF investments and operations and served as a member of several financial institutions. He holds a MA in Economics and a BBA in Finance from Kent State University.
Zheng Chunyuan（Chief Investment Officer）
Mr. Zheng Chunyuan graduated from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, EMBA of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, with a Doctor Degree from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). Mr. Zheng is an expert on Finance and investment in China and Korea. He once worked in Korean Long Term Credit Bank, A.T. Kearney, Monitor Group (A Global Strategy Consultancy Company). And then, Mr. Zheng joined the Finance Department of Hyundai Motor and was responsible for setting up a new JV (Joint Venture) company with GE & Beijing Auto. Besides, he worked as Chief Representative of HMC (Hyundai Motor), took tasks of the investment bank, including Buyout, IPO, Pre-IPO, Project Financing (Especially cross-border M&A between China and Korea). Also, he worked as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of TATFOOK (Stock Code: 300134), a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
